How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Once shipped, please allow 2–4 business days for delivery after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Orders are shipped in a timely manner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, returns are accepted only in the event of a defective or incorrect item and must be reported within (7) days of delivery.

If this occurs, please contact support@saharantears.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured overseas. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure each piece meets our standards for quality, craftsmanship, and value.

Can I be notified when the item is available again?

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may register your email to be notified if it becomes available.

If a product is not in stock, when will it be available again? 

While some products may be restocked as we grow, availability is limited. Our collections are released seasonally, and past collections may not be immediately restocked.
