Delivery Timing
Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier.
Processing Time
Each order is carefully prepared prior to shipment. Orders are typically processed and sent out the next day. In unusual circumstances, allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Order Tracking
You may track your shipment through your Saharan Tears account or via your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchange
Every Saharan Tears garment is carefully inspected to meet our standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are considered final
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saharantears.com with your order details and images of the item. Our team will review your request and assist accordingly.
Where applicable, we will offer:
- A replacement (subject to availability)
- Store credit
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging included.
Return Process
To initiate a request, please contact us at support@saharantears.com with your order details.
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Once received and inspected, any applicable store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
At this time, direct exchanges are not offered. Approved returns will be exchanged (if available) or issued as store credit.
