Refund policy
All items from our debut collection are available in limited quantities due to the exclusive nature of this release.
Each item is inspected to ensure the highest quality before shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within (3) days of delivery at support@saharantears.com, including your order number and clear images of the concern. Our team will review the matter promptly and guide you through the next steps.
If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, it will be replaced where available or issued as store credit. Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or credit.
